Sean Wilson is an experienced executive, leader and manager.

He's led several organisations, large cross-functional teams and international customer service over a career spanning more than two decades. He also founded two businesses that he sold for a profit.

He's managed full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow responsibilities. He has strong line management experience, a strong eye for identifying business growth strategies, advanced technology skills and the ability to adapt his leadership style to meet different environments. This has enabled him to achieve record results in many roles.

• Developing business plans, budgets and strategies for consideration by the board and, to the extent approved by the board, implementing these plans, budgets and strategies;

• Ensuring the organisation’s operations are within the parameters set by the board and the board is kept informed of material developments in the organisation’s affairs, operations and business;
