He has over 15 years’ experience in senior executive roles (CEO, COO, etc). With full P&L responsibility up to $80m+ and the proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams (300+) to drive operational excellence and achieve challenging targets. He has the ability to adapt his leadership style to meet different environments. As well as strong skills in identifying and executing business growth strategies, and advanced technology skills. He’s achieved record performance in most roles and won numerous awards (leadership, sales, sales management, product development, etc).
He has over 10 years’ experience on boards and committees (business, not for profit and ministerial appointments), including office-bearer roles (Chairperson, Secretary, etc). With a strong background in setting strategy and establishing good governance frameworks to ensure organisations achieve their purpose.
He also a strong background in coaching/consulting/mentoring, as well as volunteering, and has an international outlook gained from extensive global travel.
His qualifications include Business, Management, Marketing, Legal Services, Human Resources, IT & Engineering. He's completed a Company Directors Certificate with the Australian Institute of Management and been admitted to Australian Institute of Company Directors, Governance Institute of Australia, The CEO Institute, Australian HR Institute, Information Technology Professionals Association, Institute of Community Directors Australia, Professionals Australia and more.
