• Zonda & Marine Seven – Turned operating losses into 34% gross profit within 9 months. Integration and optimisation of five acquisitions. Operational restructuring delivering sustained profitability

• BetterHR – Doubled revenue and gross profit, scaled platform to 60,000+ users, and increased enterprise value 250%+ over 7 years, funded entirely through internal cashflow

• Housing Industry Association – Led national enterprise transformation across 23 sites, transformed declining membership into growth and expanded to 50,000+, grew training to 500+ courses and 8,000+ participants, increased apprentices to 600+, launched new business partner program and grew to 10,000+

• Sensis – Delivered 200%+ to target year on year, built high-performance national sales team managing 5,000+ accounts, including high value (1m+) and politically sensitive
