Board-appointed CEO and Group Executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading organisations through growth, turnaround and structural transformation.
A commercial leader with P&L responsibility up to $85m+ and leadership of teams up to 300+, including national workforces serving local and international customers. Delivering double- and triple-digit revenue growth and enterprise value increases of up to 250%.

Today, that translates into calm, decisive leadership and a clear focus on outcomes that matter.
He holds qualifications spanning business, governance, technology, HR, and legal services and has been admitted to professional bodies including the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Governance Institute of Australia, AHRI and ITPA.
Sean specialises in translating major technology shifts — from enterprise systems to cloud and AI — into operational capability, high-performance organisations and sustained commercial performance.
