Notably, he served as CEO & Managing Director of BetterHR, a national HR company, for over seven years, providing HR software, tools and advisory solutions to thousands of businesses across Australia. His leadership extended to roles as CEO at Zonda Global and Zonda Care, where he supported healthcare facilities across Australia with staffing solutions and individuals with disabilities with support care solutions, respectively. Additionally, he held roles as CEO & Managing Director at Kolling Foundation, supporting hundreds of doctors and medical researchers at Royal North Shore Hospital campus, and Acting CEO at Image Training Systems, a national sales training company. Additionally, he held roles as Group COO at Venturely, where he managed a national team providing managed services (HR, IT, marketing, sales, etc), National Sales Director at Sensis and National General Manager Sales & Marketing at the Housing Industry Association (HIA), overseeing substantial revenues and large teams. At Sensis, he was responsible for 5000+ business & government accounts up to $1.5m+ each (Visa, Hyundai, Mirvac, Sonic Healthcare, Defence, Parliamentarians, Human Services, Centrelink, US Embassy, etc). At HIA, he was responsible for $85m+ revenue, 300+ staff across 23 offices, servicing 50,000+ members, Home Ideas Centres, national events, etc).
