Notably, he served as CEO & Managing Director of BetterHR for over seven years, where he led a multi-million-dollar company that provided award-winning HR software, tools, and advisory services to support over 60,000 users, as well as over 300 partners. BetterHR specialised in helping clients achieve best-practice HR management and compliance with Australian employment laws (eg. Fair Work Act). Partners included Telstra, Xero, ADP Payroll. industry associations, franchise groups, accountants, bookkeepers, etc. He also served as HR Director and Chief Technology & Product Officer, supporting hundreds of clients and partners directly. Before he was appointed CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for 4 years.

CEO at Marine Seven, where he led commercial operations for a group of multi-million-dollar ($20m+ revenue) across six locations and a national operations support team based in Sydney, to provide luxury and recreational boat sales and services.
