As CEO at The Housing Industry Association, he successfully led a national sales & marketing team with over 200 people across 23 offices and all states/territories to achieve over $85m in sales, including 125% growth in membership sales. He transformed losses to profit, then achieved sustained growth after years of decline. He led membership managers in each region, retail staff in most offices, call centre staff in the national member service centre in Sydney, staff in Home Ideas Centres, marketing, publications, events, etc.

As Director of Sales & Marketing at ColorTile, he successfully led the sales and marketing team to drive business growth across retail showrooms, trade customers, project builder partners and major projects division.
