His qualifications include certification in training and assessment (TAE). As well as in business, management, HR, legal services, IT and company director certification. He has also been admitted to professional bodies including the AICD, GIA, AHRI and ITPA.

Strategic Leadership Development
Sean has led large training divisions for organisations such as the Housing Industry Association. Where he was responsible for national capability building programs for both external members and internal teams. In this role, he oversaw the development and delivery of structured training curricula, workshops and competency-based learning, including that improved performance across sales, leadership and operational roles. Under his leadership, training grew to 500+ courses and 8,000+ participants, and apprentices increased to 600+.
Sean has led sales training and development for organisations such as at Sensis. Where he designed and delivered tailored sales training, coaching and performance development programs for sales people nationally. These initiatives equipped sales professionals with advanced consultative selling techniques, pipeline discipline and client engagement skills that contributed to sustained revenue growth and higher win rates.
Sean has led HR education programs for organisations such as BetterHR. Where he delivered over 100 talks and workshops to small, medium and large audiences across a wide range of industries. Including at national events for organisations such as Telstra, ADP Payroll, industry associations, franchise groups, etc.
