Sean Wilson has over 20 years of practical leadership and development experience, grounded in senior executive roles (CEO, COO, National General Manager and Board Director) across diverse industries including technology, HR, healthcare, professional services and associations.
Across these roles he has developed, coached and mentored leaders, teams and business owners, helping them build capability, improve performance and implement strategic growth initiatives.
His experience includes designing and delivering training, talks and coaching programs for business leaders and their teams in areas such as leadership development, organisational alignment, sales, marketing, human resources, performance improvement, strategic execution and change management. He has presented over 100 live and virtual talks and workshops for conferences, industry associations, franchise groups and corporate partners including Telstra and ADP Payroll.
Sean’s development work emphasises practical capability building, translating strategic insight into tools and processes that leaders can apply immediately. He supports professional growth through one-on-one mentoring, tailored business coaching engagements, and structured leadership advisory services, often acting as a growth mentor or fractional executive to accelerate organisational performance.
His qualifications include Training & Assessment (TAE) certification, and also span business, management, human resources, legal services, IT and company director certification, complemented by membership of recognised professional bodies. This foundation strengthens his ability to deliver development that is both theoretically informed and operationally effective.
He's also a qualified martial arts instructor in several styles. He's trained hundreds of people in self defence, up to black belt level, as well as winners at state and national competitions.
