I’m a multi-sector Non-Executive Director with over 20 years of governance leadership across commercial, government and not-for-profit boards. I bring a proven combination of strategic clarity, financial discipline, risk oversight and transformation leadership built through more than a decade as a board-appointed CEO delivering growth, turnaround outcomes and organisational resilience.
